Resolved — All issues have been resolved. All systems are up and running. Calls are processing normally.
Identified — All Engineering teams are engaged in resolving the issues. We are seeing marked improvements in service in some areas of the country. Our teams are focused on addressing the problem and will continue to do so until we have a full resolution.
Identified — We are slowing seeing systems come back online. Our entire engineering team is engaged and actively working toward a resolution. We appreciate your patience while we work to fully restore our service.
