Monitoring — At this time all voice traffic is back to normal and all critical systems are online and functioning. Engineering continues to work on addressing the root cause and we will post updates, analysis, and remediation information later today.

Monitoring — Our engineering team is monitoring the system closely while they work toward a root cause and final resolution. At this time systems appear to be up and running with the exception of a few functions which remain disabled at this time.

Identified — The Engineering teams are continuing to work toward a resolution of the problems. There is no ETR at this time however we have seen improvements in our services over the last hour. Traffic has been routed to our DR sites and phones continue to connect to the services.

Identified — We are still seeing intermittent issues. Phones are re-registering to AWS as back up and we are hopeful to see resolution ASAP.
